[Spherion Staffing is assisting a local company, Aigen, in their search for several candidates for a temporary Field Robotic Operator role. The Field Robotic Operator plays a crucial role in operating and maintaining robotic systems in various field environments. The Robot Operator will travel locally to various customer fields and manage the robot while out in the field. [Assignment Length - (now-Aug) [Pay: $20-25/hour DOE

**[Responsibilities: [-Ensure robots are operating at all times [-Be the first line of defense for all field issues [-Manage robots in your field for mechanical, electrical, or functional issues [-Communicate with engineering support staff for high complexity issues and assist with troubleshooting [-Complete battery swaps, tool changes, and general maintenance tasks [-Pilot robots throughout field [-Travel locally to customer fields [-Assist with warehouse/field office activities as needed
