Butler Ag Executive Assistant to the President in Fargo, North Dakota

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our President.

As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the President, enabling her to effectively execute her responsibilities and drive the company's strategic objectives forward. This role requires a high level of organization, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers.

  • Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making and strategic initiatives for the Executive team.

  • Prepares internal and external correspondences and communications for President/Executive Team.

  • Serves as project manager for President including miscellaneous research and report development.

  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the executive team and support cross-functional initiatives as required.

  • Coordinates logistics and schedules meetings and appointments for the Executive team.

  • Collaborate with other departments for meeting logistics including hotels, meals etc.

  • Attends Corporate management meetings, collects and distribute notes to corporate managers.

  • Pre-screen not-for-profit requests and meetings.

  • Codes invoices and review expenses for direct reports to the President.

  • Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • 2-4 year degree preferred.

  • 5+ years related work experience required. Previous experience with event planning is helpful.

  • Solid understanding of business processes and how administrative functions relate to the business.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office are required.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company insurability guidelines.

Salary $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, depending on experience.
