We are currently seeking Assembly Operators to join our team in Fargo. Essential duties vary, depending on the area of the plant to which an employee is assigned. Duties may include all or a portion of the following, but are not limited to: tractor assembly, material preparation, warehousing and repair.

\ \ Qualifications\ \
\
\
\
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good attendance record.
- Ability to comprehend and follow through on verbal and written instructions.
- Safety minded with safe work ethics.
- May be required to drive a forklift and obtain operator\'s permit.
- Ability to read production drawings to determine proper routings, torque specifications, and components.
- Good mechanical skills, previous assembly experience beneficial.
- Knowledge of tractor and loader parts.
- Basic computer skills.
This position is physically demanding. Activities may include frequent bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, kneeling, walking, standing, and grasping for 10 to 12-hour shifts, or as needed. Must be able to push/pull 40-50 pounds as well as lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
