HR Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for someone who is mission-driven and has a strong desire to make a difference. This position can get hectic but it is very rewarding. Requirements:

  • Develop recruitment-focused strategies

  • Have knowledge of applicant tracking systems

  • Understand the requirement of open positions, draft job descriptions and post ads

  • Have the ability to network and have knowledge of social media sites and job boards

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist with setting up interviews for hiring managers

  • Explain company benefits and work culture to candidates seeking employment

  • Great communication skills, update and follow-up to candidates and hiring managers

  • Have the ability to travel to local career fairs and hiring events

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key job placement and sourcing agencies

  • Monitor costs and budgets related to all recruitment activities

  • Collaborate with HR team and perform other HR duties as requested
