The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, project management capabilities and the ability to distill complex content into understandable and engaging communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication plans to support key business priorities;

  • Create compelling written content for various channels, including press releases, articles, presentations, employee platforms and digital/social media content;

  • Manage communication projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives;

  • Collaborate with internal teams, industry, and external stakeholders to coordinate external communication activities and ensure consistency of messaging;

  • Track and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic communications or public relations;

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing campaign style communication strategies and tactics;

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear and compelling messaging;

  • Previous experience in corporate external communications role;

  • Previous experience in a communications agency or in-house role is required;

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast pace environment.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience in strategic communications in the Aerospace and Defense industry;

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
