QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA

Responsibilities:

  • Supports manufacturing operation by performing a variety of duties. Operates, troubleshoots, maintains area equipment, handles and verifies material. In the exercise of the duties, complies with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations.

  • Assist repairs of the most complicated nature on dies/molds requiring very close tolerances, extreme accuracy and skill such as: combination and progressive dies, molds and complicated fixtures and jigs.

  • Maintaining dies/molds in top condition.

  • Responsible for maintaining area clean at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Degree in Tool & Die 

  • Minimum (1) year of relevant experience

  • Experience repairing dies/molds.

  • Die Cutting experience

  • Knowledge in "Milling" barrenas

  • Experience reading blueprints. 

  • Availability for 1rst & 2nd shift.
