PLEASE NOTE: Steel toe shoes will not be reimbursed.Working Hours: B shift (2:00pm 10:30pm) or C Shift (10:00pm 6:30am), training on A Shift (7:00pm 3:30am)Job Responsibilities:Administers the plant change management process byo Intaking and reviewing change requests.o Scheduling and facilitating change reviews with plant leadership and support personnel.Assigning and tracking follow up actions.Drives improvements to change management processes including the support of transitioning to utilizing Windchill system to administer changes.Provides administrative and hands-on support in managing discrepant material flow.Evaluates and sorts quarantined components identified to be suspect.Provides project leadership or support in driving improvements to plant quality systems.Intakes and processes product returns.Performs process and ISO 9001 internal audits.Top skills/requirements:- Position involves performing inspection and then entering data in process management system- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel- Min of 1 year QA experience, Quality Tech experience or Inspection in a manufacturing environment- Experience with Windchill preferred, experience in optics preferred- Stable job history is very important to Fairport HRNice to haves include:Experience in manufacturing or inspection of precision optics, mechanics, or systems.Ability to query data from Excel and relational databases.Experience with Windchill, ETQ, or other quality systems.ISO 9001 experience.Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positionEducation Requirements:High School Diploma or GED
