Community Options & Resources is looking to hire a Management/Program Coordinator - Fairmont, MN! Turning Challenges into Opportunities MANAGEMENT/PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION in Fairmont, anticipated starting date as soon as possible. Applicant will be responsible for the overall operations of an adult Community Residential Service supporting up to 5 individuals. It is preferred an applicant have a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and a minimum of 4 years of full-time experience providing direct support services to people with intellectual disabilities. Possess knowledge and skills in: Program planning Skills training Staff supervision Computer programs such as Microsoft Office Knowledge of current theories/practices in the field of intellectual disabilities. Working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations is helpful This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position working direct support as needed.
