THE POSITION

Support the Head of BA Processes & Projects function towards - Ensure implementation of Group Sector SCM and BA SCM specific standards and processes for E2E SCM to ensure SCM performance /excellence.

  • In alignment with GS SCM development & Implementation of global SCM processes to reach state of the art SCM

  • Ongoing review & monitoring of SC process performance to identify improvement & innovation opportunities

  • Support in identifying & driving process improvements to increase performance and reliability and ensure process compliance

  • Assist in implementing and/or driving projects & processes to continuously improve the supply chain processes and contribute to the overall Business Area objectives.

  • Support all SCM activities regarding SCM projects & standards within the organization

  • Sales volume (1.4B €);

  • Support all ContiTech IAM plants & DCs (27);

  • Support with processes and where needed for all product lines

  • Complete BA (including plant SCM)

  • Provide and complete all E2E SC processes and applications and training program for new hires/transitioned personnel.

Based on the GS SCM Strategy, Guidelines, Processes & Standard:

  • Ensure the implementation of SCM processes, systems & standards, together with GS SMART SCM and according to the common CT digitalization and transformation roadmap

  • Implementation of SCM systems as well as S4 Hanna; striving to maximize the efficiency, reliability, time-and cost effectiveness, exceeding customer expectations.

  • In alignment with GS SCM, Design, develop and implement BA specific processes - independent analysis, validation and implementation of optimization measures within existing SCM processes

  • The team will be responsible for the monitoring of process and system utilization across complete SCM organization (derived from this, if necessary, countermeasures in cooperation with the Head of SCM BA to ensure sustainability).

In close alignment with GS SCM & GS HR & IMPACT:

  • Support the training and rollout of S4 Hanna (SAP)

  • Ensure plants feel supported with materials, training and preparations needed for successful implementation.

  • Ensure compliance of SC processes with all applicable internal (Group, Sector, BA) and external regulations (laws, norms, customer specifications & agreements, policies, guidelines ...).

  • Ensure & support teamwork, cooperation and alignment with GS SCM, other BA SCMs, Impact and all other relevant functions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business (university / university of applied science) or Minimum 10 years experience without a relevant Bachelors Degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the areas of Supply chain management and/or Operations (good knowledge about sales, purchasing...) Experience in design of SCM processesExcellent know-how regarding the common SCM tools and methods in particular familiarity with the supply chain systems, process & standardsStrong SAP know how

  • Project management experience in SCM projectsProven track record in implementing SCM processes and systems

  • Leadership experience (direct or functional)
