We are looking for an addition to our Onsite team as a Human Resources Coordinator. Our client is located in the Fairhaven MA area and has multiple facilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others, assisting with Human Resource tasks, has attention to detail and is looking for a role that is different every day. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with 40 hours per week!

  • Monitor attendance and performance, coaching associates to resolve problems and to recognize good performance. Leverage award programs to assist as well.

What do you bring?

  • Positive can-do attitude

  • 1 - 3 years of administrative or customer service experience
