About our Position As a relationship banker we'll count on you to care for, advise and guide our members when they need us most - whether they're just starting out, buying a home, creating a business, building a family or planning for retirement. A great relationship banker builds long-term relationships with our members and works with them to understand their financial needs and goals. We help our members understand the products and plans they can use to achieve their financial dreams. We are a local credit union serving and strengthening our community. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm) and rotating Saturdays (9am - 2pm). What you will do: Work directly with members to build relationships, uncover and satisfy their needs through member solutions Provide solutions to member issues, including new accounts and consumer lending Work with partners to grow relationships and provide members with non-consumer solutions Process transactions for members, as needed. Be the face of our branch locations What you will need: Three or more years of member/customer service experience Three or more year's financial services experience preferred Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Attention to detail Ability to work some Saturday hours Must have a valid driver's license Telhio applicants must be able to pass a background check including: Credit, Drug Screen, Bondability, & Criminal Background.
