Teron Lighting Industrial Painter in Fairfield, Ohio

This position requires the individual to perform the functions within the commercial lighting business at TLI. This opportunity is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm with the occasional overtime hours offered depending on the state of the business. Position Requirements: *Ability to continuously be on feet throughout the workday. *Ability to intermittently lift 50lbs to waist and/or shoulder height with repetitive lifting over shoulder height with the max of 5-10lbs. *Bending and reaching as needed to hang, as well as paint raw parts. Grasping and manipulation using both hands is required. *Ability to perform powder coating duties with certified PAPR unit in paint booth with adaptation of high temperatures during the summer. Primary Responsibilities: *Adhere to a Production schedule ensuring all parts are properly done within the time frame. *Ensuring the Quality Control Standards are met while performing tasks. *Detailing and reporting of product malfunctions. *Monitoring the flow of product from Powder Coating to Lens Fabrication daily. *Ability to perform powder coating of moderate complexity while producing high quality products .
