Job Title: Senior Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. This position offers a senior leadership role with significant growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in industries such as Pharma, Powerplant, or Hospitals.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk, Procore, and Bluebeam.

  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and commercial construction.

  • Program management experience.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on-site. The role requires travel to project sites once per week.
