SGI Global, LLC Senior Project Manager - USCG Recruiting Command in Fairfax, Virginia

SGI Global LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the United States Coast Guard Recruiting Command. The USCG Recruiting Command (CGRC) currently operates 65 established recruiting offices across the United States and its territories. The CGRC Recruiting Office's mission is to find, attract, process, track, and report metrics associated with accessing qualified applicants into the USCG. The purpose of this contract is to obtain administrative support services for each of the USCG's Recruiting Offices that will augment the military recruiter workforce.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all Contractor work performed under this contract.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.

  • Meet with the client on a bi-weekly basis to discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any potential performance issues, or disputes associated with the Data Entry Operation Specialist(s) II performance.

  • Responsible for supervising Data Entry Operation Specialist(s) II and ensuring Data Entry Operation Specialist(s) II meet project schedule and performance objectives; implementing quality measures; coordinating work activities; and assisting the client in achieving Quality Control objectives.

    Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree.

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience is defined as leadership, program/project management, business management, Government invoices, and/or human resources.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with Government contracts.

  • Individual must maintain qualifications during the life of the contract.
