Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our growing company. This position will support the rapidly expanding Fed/Civ business unit, reporting to the FP&A business unit manager. The successful candidate will have excellent finance acumen and proven leadership skills to build strong relationships with business unit executives, program managers, and corporate department leads. Day-to-day activities include partnering with Division VP and program team to provide analysis and guidance, supporting project managers with administrative tasks, identifying trends in the portfolio of programs, creating the Division annual budget, maintaining program forecasts, supporting all aspects of program financial management and reporting, preparing Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis, supporting Monthly Accounting Close activities, monitoring business unit A/R, and supporting Finance leadership in ad hoc reporting requirements.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ Years Financial Analysis

  • 3+ Years Government Contracting

  • Experience with Costpoint

Soft Skills

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships

  • Excellent finance acumen

Job Type
