Responsible for driving Financial Inclusion business growth in prioritized markets through business development efforts, with primary focus on growing households at scale through business to business to consumer calling activities @everywhere, including but not limited to Community Heroes, businesses of any size, places of worship, centers of influence and other organizations. Financial Inclusion Leaders will leverage community relationships, Centers of Influence ( COIs) and partnerships in the delivery of financial education and solutions across high priority markets to empower clients with tools and resource to deliver financial confidence.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. The Financial Inclusion Leader delivers on the Truist purpose, by presenting Truist solutions and services in order to achieve household acquisition at scale. We do this by delivering care and executing on our daily activities with decision maker presentations and group presentations to clients and prospects.

  2. Fully execute on the Truist "Bank On Your Success" financial knowledge program, delivering a pre-defined number of financial education presentations and sharing additional tools that help clients create better banking habits.

  3. Responsible for driving Business Growth in assigned Markets/Branches to accelerate performance in key metrics; partnering to understand the opportunities and gaps through strong collaboration with Branch and Premier Banking Leaders.

  4. Create external strategic partnerships through strong relationship management, to conduct a pre-defined number of pre-planned advisory calls, including decision maker presentations and group presentations to businesses of any size, places of worship, centers of influence, large scale events and other organizations.

  5. Actively engage internal partners through strong relationship management, to deliver on the Truist IRM strategy to drive Financial Inclusion. We do this by connecting clients and prospects to Truist in order to establish and/or expand relationships, while reinforcing enterprise strategies toward driving financial Inclusion

  6. Be the steward of insightful, relevant, Financial Inclusion information to help Truist foster meaningful connections with their local communities to create best in clast client experience in the branches.

  7. Identify large scale visibility events and partner with Manager to drive business growth and financial inclusion in the communities, leveraging COIs, Chamber of commerce and key community partners. 8. Act as a liaison to help disseminate financial inclusion resources to CSBB and designated branches to positively impact the client experience for clients in the communities. (i.e.. Translation Services, bilingual materials etc.)

  8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Inclusion line of business, CSBB, Risk, operational procedures and competitive programs and products in local markets.

  9. Demonstrate flexibility to pivot in supporting high touch and/or high impact projects or initiatives based on the business needs.
