Its first-of-its-kind namesake solution allows managing Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) transactions in multiple states and across multiple locations — all on one platform. We are actively seeking an Account Executive/Customer Support Rep for a full-time position in Virginia's Newport News - VA Beach area.

 

Position Overview

The Account Executive position is held by a dynamic, highly motivated, service-oriented individual maintaining and building professional relationships with Vitu clients. For this role, you must reside in the state of VA to oversee the Newport News - VA Beach area. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Meet with dealership staff to review the process and procedures pertaining to their title and registration process.

  • Maintain a strong business relationship with key dealership personnel.

  • Assist with the installation of the program.

  • Train dealership personnel on the Vitu portal.

  • Provide support via phone, chat, and email as needed.

  • Answer dealership questions regarding title and registration and DMV processing.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs.

  • Client Advocate - Suggests improvements to the program on behalf of the client and addresses client issues and concerns.

    Qualifications

  • Must be able to deliver a high level of customer service

  • Requires an individual with excellent communication and training skills.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.

  • Must have excellent follow-up skills.

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with various DMS systems is preferred.

  • A clean driving record is required.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to work either on a team or independently, with minimal supervision

    Experience

  • Dealership and/or DMV experience is preferred.

  • Experience with Virginia vehicle title and registration.

  • Knowledge of  Virginia state rules and regulations regarding title and registration.

  • Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive)

  • Frequent automotive travel is required up to 200 miles.
