DCS CORPORATION Security Operations and Program Security Support - AMC Complex (Dayton OH) in Fairborn, Ohio

In this role you will provide full spectrum AMC Complex General Security Manager and Program Security Support for the AFLCMC/WB (WBV) Bomber Directorate within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. Essential Job Functions You will assist with a wide range of security management, analytical, technical, and support services for programs managed by DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, and the Fighter Bomber Crosscutter Program. This includes processes which support DoD Personnel Security to include investigation types, adjudication guidelines, interim clearances, insider threat reporting, adverse information and background investigations. You should be able to work independently processing personnel security investigation documents, reviewing the investigation documents for accuracy and tracking submitted requests for personnel security clearances. You will assist by providing AFLCMC/WB security operations support. You will assist by preparing and coordinating security-related briefing materials. you will provide security-related technical assistance to the AFLCMC/WB for briefings, meetings, and conferences. You will assist by recording and tracking security program action items and suspense. You will assist with managing newcomer and security-related databases. You will maintain an active Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) account and assist with verifying personnel security clearances. you will assist with processing personnel security investigation documents, reviewing the investigation documents for accuracy, and tracking submitted requests for personnel security clearances. You will assist with the development of security requirements into contractual commitments. You will assist with the coordination of DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification. You will assist personnel with completing personnel security investigation paperwork, review packages for accuracy and assist with tracking personnel security clearances. You will be the focal point for security, analyze security procedures, and coordinate/recommend solutions on security deficiencies with the assigned Government security task lead. You will support the implementation of information, personnel and industrial security programs to ensure classified material is protected according to DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, F/B Directorate, division and program directives. You will support the implementation of the resource protection, force protection, and anti-terrorism programs IAW DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, F/B Directorate, division and program security policy/instructions. You will identify security issues and recommend changes to DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, F/B Directorate, AFLCMC/WB and program security policy/instructions for consideration to the Government security lead. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A High School Diploma plus 16 years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years or a Master's Degree plus 8 years. Requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Has a minimum of 5 years of experience performing full time DoD security functions. Desired Skills You will need to be Level-1 certified in the Defense Security Service (DSS), Security Professional Education Development Program.
