Job Title: FMS Administrative Analyst Support, Senior

Job Description:

  • Fundamental database management, electronic filing systems management, and administrative support to a dynamic team of professional government personnel and calendar management using the Microsoft Office suite of software.

  • Review acquisition and administrative correspondence and other written products for accuracy and to ensure copies are provided to the appropriate personnel.

  • Serve as administrative advisor to the FMS country team, supporting all aspects of running an integrated project team, including responding to taskers, answering phones, preparing for on-site and offsite meetings/activities, interfacing with visitors, scheduling VTCs and conference rooms, and handling preparation and distribution of meeting minutes and action items.

  • Handles preparing official travel orders for government personnel for foreign and domestic travel in the government travel system; requests foreign travel approvals and processes visas through the APACS system, coordinate with Security, Foreign Disclosure Office and US And foreign embassy staff.

-Interacts with Foreign Liaisons on a daily basis and assist them with resolving, housing, vehicle, medical, travel and other issues.

-Assist with preparing and submitting manpower packages and manpower changes in compliance with existing DoD, AFSAC, and SAF guidelines.

  • Knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS) is highly desired.

Required Skills/Education:

  • Requires 10 years of administrative or management analyst support experience; two years must be in a Defense acquisition program office.

-Independent proficiency in MS Office suite of products.

  • Knowledge of military organizational structures and chain of command.

  • Knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and APACs is highly desired.

Education: High School or GED Equivalent

Years' Experience: 10 Years

Security Clearance Required: Must have Active Secret clearance to apply.
