Description

· Serves as Talent Development’s subject matter expert and platform administrator for the LMS (Cornerstone):

o Troubleshoots and resolves escalated system issues, works with team members to formulate solutions, tests changes and system enhancements and communicates updates to the team. o Manages the processing, analysis, and reporting of quarterly and strategic metrics. o Develops and runs reports to recognize trends in key performance indicators, identify cause and effect and provide ideas to enhance our learning offerings.

· Provides administrative support and/or program management for Talent Development training programs (i.e. Leadership Academy, Supervisor Training, Manager Training, Work Instructions, Operations Certifications):

o Creates content, develops communications, and designs and develops training and marketing materials. o Coordinates classroom set-up, technology and resources, participant enrollment and ensures there are adequate training materials. o Manages the seat tracking information for training programs. o Manages the documentation and organization of training materials, ensuring that course resources are efficiently organized and easily accessible to all facilitators.

· Assists with development, enhancements, and updates to learning marketing and training materials including Leader and Participant Guides, PowerPoints, e-Learning courses and other associated content.

o Assists with the design and development of materials for training programs. o Partners with SMEs to design and develop learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe suite, and PowerPoint.

· Supports the Performance Management cycle including communications, tracking, and reporting.

· Facilitates training, as needed.

SHRM, PHR, or training certifications a plus.

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate 360, Adobe suite, and learning management systems (Cornerstone a plus).

Qualifications

Education

Preferred

  • Bachelors or better in Psychology

  • Bachelors or better in Human Resources Management

  • Bachelors or better in Communications
