DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide support and troubleshooting of networked global enterprise systems. 2. Maintain lifecycle of all networked global enterprise systems. 3. Vulnerability and patch management of networked global enterprise systems. 4. Work with End User Team providing escalation support when required. 5. Promote Security best practices and assist in compliance audit activities. 6. Assist in the delivery of infrastructure and IT service improvements. 7. Deliver operational standards, processes, and documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS: 1. Demonstrates growing ability to make independent decisions. 2. Contributes to measurable team and/or organizational objectives. 3. Deal with moderately complex tasks and strategic challenges. 4. Associated Degree or Higher Education Qualification. 5. 4+ years of Windows systems administration. 6. 4+ years of Linux systems administration. 7. 4+ years of VMware host and virtual machine administration. 8. 4+ years of Active Directory/LDAP administration. 9. Experience with server and infrastructure vulnerability patch management. 10. Experience management of SAN/NAS storage (HPE desirable). 11. Experience of following Security and Compliance best practices. 12. Experience working in an organization that follow operational best practices (e.g. ITIL) including asset management, incident management and change control. 13. Demonstrates growing ability to make independent decisions. 14. Contributes to measurable team and/or organizational objectives. 15. Deal with moderately complex tasks and strategic challenges. 16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 17. Effective time management, planning and organizational skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS: 1. Experience of Network Administration include managing various network devices (firewalls, switches) 2. Exposure to Cloud Technologies (Azure and AWS) 3. Experience with Ansible, PowerShell or other configuration management and automation tools. 4. Working with a Kanban style project board, ideally Jira. 5. Ability to conduct meetings and take minutes where required.
