This role collaborates with Quality team (QA, QC etc.), Operations, Manufacturing and Sourcing functions to define, deliver and support DandT enabled business solutions. This role will understand the strategic direction set, determine business needs and design and deliver technical solutions for Quality Module. This role has hands on responsibility for the delivery of QM Systems including system enhancement and production support in alignment with West DandT and company policies and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Development of business processes/requirements, functional and technical specifications and design business solutions ensuring integration with the overall Quality Management solutionUtilizes expert knowledge of best practices, determine business needs and design and deliver SAP QM solutions, doing so in partnership with other SAP modules. This includes interpreting up to the most complex issues and recommending solutions or best practices.Serves as primary liaison to business and IT teams to identify issues, create and implement solutions, and configure SAP modules (QM, PP, PM, DMS)Spearhead the mapping of map business requirements to optimal technical solutions.Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements.Uses breadth of expertise to solve complex problems. Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the ERP-SAP S4 Hana Services Delivery model, West policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP.Create and maintain system lifecycle documents in accordance with West policies and procedures, including creation and maintenance of SOPs, SOIs and Job Aids.Work within and participates in the Change Control process.Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.Education and Experience:6-9 years of related work experienceBachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.Preferred but not required: S/4 HANAQuality Certification, Agile and Scrum Certification, ITILKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Breadth of expertise in the following:Deep expertise, understanding and knowledge of SAP - system functionality and technical understanding of Quality Management (QM module)Additional knowledge in SAP PP, PI, MM, APO preferred.Must be up to date on latest ERP release.SAP S4 HANA knowledge required, ideal
