DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are currently looking for a Sales Director.

Summary: We are looking for an eager, competitive, and disciplined Outside Sales Representative who can acquire, manage, grow, and retain accounts through both medium and long sales cycles.   

Outside sales reps are key in helping us achieve our company revenue growth objectives. You must be skilled in developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, persuasively presenting our value proposition, effectively negotiating complex agreements, and confidently closing contracts. 

Responsibilities: * Establish contacts at your designated accounts and cultivate long-term relationships. * Learn the needs of your customers and identify selling opportunities through phone and in-person meetings. * Determine which solutions best meet those needs through a consultative and insightful sales process. * Demonstrate applicable solutions to customers in appropriate business contexts. * Scope the solution necessary to meet customer needs. * Guide the customer through the sales process from qualifying, presenting, and negotiating to closing. * Exceed monthly sales quotas * Develop comprehensive territory plans, conduct concise account reviews, and accurately forecast sales.  * Provide customer feedback to management and liaise with technical staff. * Become a domain expert.

Qualifications: * BA or BS degree, preferably in business management * Wealth management industry and Salesforce experience preferred * Outside sales experience, proven history of overachieving quota, and effectively managing KPIs. * Strong communication, presentation, and telephone skills. * Ability to manage a customer pipeline. * Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proficiency in contact management (CRM) tools (preferably Salesforce). * Must be able to travel 50% of the time. * Tech savvy. * Proficient in Challenger Sales Method. * Determined, decisive, persuasive, and high sense of urgency
