Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location/Hybrid Requirements:

  • Local candidates ONLY. (Must be within 50 miles of Wayne, PA)
  • In-office attendance requirement is 8x/month with the possibility of additional onsite days depending on business needs.
  • 2 of these 8 days MUST be Monday or Friday.

Length of Contract:  6+ months; potential for extension.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customer inquiries via the phone are answered appropriately and timely. Responsibilities that are an outcome of this service may include processing payments made by phone, updating and maintaining customer accounts, and providing appropriate information to vendors.

Day to Day:

  • Provides customer service via the telephone.
  • Answers incoming customer calls.
  • Processes address changes.
  • Processes requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests.
  • Performs account audits and reconciliation.
  • Processes insurance cancellation requests and payments by phone.
  • Direct debit ACH Account Maintenance Processes maintenance journal requests.
  • Adjusts grace periods.
  • Adds purchase order numbers.
  • Adjusts due dates.
  • Process outside vendor requests.
  • Completes credit reference requests.
  • Processes lease assignment requests.
  • Processes tax requests, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 0-3 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • Experience within the financial services industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred.
  • Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
