Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Department: Customer Service

Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator oversees various customer support activities within the department. This includes understanding customer accounts and being able to step in as a direct point of contact when needed.

Responsibilities: Keep records electronically organized. Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, sales, shipping, and engineering, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain superior customer service standards for OEM and End Users. Understand requests for quotes, create quotes, and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently. Establish Salesforce tickets based on customer information and product knowledge, adhering to corporate guidelines. Collaborate with Account Managers on various activities to complete end-user projects, demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented approach. Provide feedback to the organization on customer and product issues, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Review BOM's and Syteline to identify parts. Respond to USMCA requests. Responsible for the orders portal and ensuring all orders are entered. Perform additional duties to support the organization's goals, including designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive products and effective operations. Requirements You're a great fit for this position if this describes you; Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred. Previous experience working with a CRM and /or ERP system. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and customer-centric mindset. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in computer software for MS Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written communication skills to produce an error-free copy, including proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Outstanding Oral communication skills, including tact and diplomacy. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Able to perform in a fast-paced, team environment, under pressure with time constraints, while responding and adapting to change favorably and quickly. Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
