Robert Half Channel Operations Analyst - Chargebacks in Exton, Pennsylvania

Description

A client of ours is looking for a Channel Operations Analyst for a contract role. As a Channel Operations Analyst - Chargebacks, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing chargeback processes across our sales channels. The position is based in Exton, Pennsylvania, and will provide the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the telecom industry. The role is on a short-term contract basis and will involve a variety of responsibilities centered around financial data analysis and credit management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the timely processing of all daily/weekly chargeback transactions to minimize deductions.

  • Review and analyze chargeback claims from channel partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and resolution within established timelines.

  • Analyze and validate all submitted data elements to ensure payment accuracy.

  • Identify ineligible transactions and work with wholesalers on the reconciliation of the disputed claims identify root cause of issues and implement corrective action to eliminate future occurrences and reduce the chargeback deduction balance.

  • Manage all group e-mail inbox data submissions daily including chargeback resubmissions membership eligibility questions and other miscellaneous queries requiring additional detailed analysis and follow-up.

  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends related to chargebacks, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.

  • Master Data Management - Create and maintain new customer setup

  • Performs more complex analysis in areas such as budgets strategic plans, product line analysis, mergers and acquisitions work, and treasury and/or credit functions.

  • GPO Roster Maintenance - Download and archive all GPO rosters

    Requirements

Skills/Qualifications of Channel Operations Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of prior accounting and/or financial analysis experience, with a focus on revenue recognition, financial reporting, and data analysis.

  • Strong understanding of chargeback processes, including reason codes, dispute resolution procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
