Our client is currently hiring a Benefits Specialist to join their team in a Hybrid role in Exton. As a Benefits Specialist your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administration and communication of all benefits, leave of absence, disability, and retirement plans in the United States. The successful Benefits Specialist candidate will collaborate closely with the Total Rewards Center of Expertise and Innovation (COEi) to ensure adherence to plan requirements and program guidelines while delivering a high-quality service experience to our stakeholders. If you have at least 3 years of experience working as a US Benefits Specialist then this the role for you.

salary: $30 - $33 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

As a Benefits Specialist, job duties include:

  • Resolve employee benefit inquiries and escalations promptly and effectively.

  • Coordinate plan and policy updates with the People Resource Hub for clear communication.

  • Provide benefit inquiry metrics and trends to COEI partners.

  • Support the administration of health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement.

  • Participate in Annual Enrollment operations and perform quality checks of benefits-related data.

  • Liaise with benefit vendors and internal HR partners to resolve issues and provide information.

  • Complete ad-hoc reporting for COEI partners, payroll, and insurance brokers.

  • Provide benefit data for surveys, leadership meetings, and policy discussions.

  • Identify defects and collaborate with vendor/COEI teams to improve employee experience.

Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in US Benefits and Leave of Absence for a Nationwide Organization.

  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical and process improvement mindset.

  • Customer-focused with demonstrated MS Office proficiency.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint sites and experience with Workday.

  • Experience with ADP Vantage or similar payroll solution, and ServiceNow.
