    Who We Need :

    The Senior Residential Group Home Manager is a critical leadership role. This position will manage two residential group homes involving the administrative oversight of staff, which includes Shift Managers and Direct Support Professionals.

    What We Need:

  • Staff Management: The role includes overseeing staff, which may involve scheduling, training and performance evaluations. Also providing on-call support to staff.

  • Documentation and Communication: The role requires documenting and maintaining all State and New Jersey Licensure files also reviewing program error reports, audit monthly paperwork and attending meetings.

  • Financial Management: Responsibilities include auditing consumer finances and ensuring Group Homes operate within budget.

  • Maintain medication inventory with proper administration.

  • Consumer Care: Having a core understanding of positive support intervention, intervening in corrective action, and maintaining supportive relationships with the Agency's Consumers and staff.

    What You Need:

  • Associate Degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years Supervision experience required.

  • Valid driver's license

  • Candidate should be able to adapt to working with behavioral DD population
