Senior Behavioral Shift Manager

Up to $24.50/hour

Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts Available, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need :

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic Behavioral Shift Managers to work with higher-tiered behavioral consumers. Applicants will act as the shift lead and work directly with a variety of behavioral health professionals. This is a great opportunity for experienced behavior technicians interested in furthering their careers and developing as supervisors. The Arc provides continuing education, and strong supervision, and supports employees in creating a path to reach their professional goals.

What We Need:

  • Current RBT certification or active enrollment in an RBT certification program

  • Previous Supervisory experience needed

  • Previous experience working with behavioral clients and willingness to participate in the agency's ongoing Applied Behavioral Training Program

  • Assisting with developing treatment strategies, as well as daily living; cooking, cleaning, activities and community involvement, and personal hygiene

  • Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation and oversight

  • Accompany individuals to and from various appointments

    What You Need :

  • High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of behavioral health experience

  • Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)

  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

  • Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.
