Job Description

Au sein du CEI Compresseurs Chambres & Structures, l'unité BM Interne recherche un technicien méthodes.

Le technicien méthodes aura pour mission principale:

  • Réaliser les modèle 3D PIF /MIF

  • Réaliser le suivi des outillages

  • Rédiger les les fiches d'achats outillage

  • Travailler avec les Chargés d'affaires outillage

  • Construire la gamme de fabrication, de contrôle.

  • Définir le déroulé opératoire

  • Effectuer les mises à jour des gammes

  • Piloter des indus mineures

  • Piloter la mise au point et la validation de la gamme de fabrication et de contrôle, sous le pilotage global du pilote d'industrialisation.

Complementary Description

La personne devra utiliser les outils mis à sa disposition pour mener à bien ses missions et assurer un reporting régulier vers sa hiérarchie :

  • Conception (Catia)

  • 3D expérience

  • Suivi production (e-prod)

Job Requirements

Bac+2 mini en lien avec les métiers industriels (Génie Mécanique/Industriel)

Maitrise des logiciels métier : CATIA, 3DEx, VISIO

  • Connaissances solides en Mécanique Générale et procédés de fabrication

  • Aptitude pour le travail en équipe et sur le terrain
