Infomatics Inc Stress Engineer in Everett, Washington

Sr. Stress Engineer will be responsible for research, planning, and performing comprehensive stress analysis for Aircraft Interior Job Responsibilities • Ability to perform classical stress analysis of composite and metallic structures. • Reviews engineering drawings and models for structural integrity and compliance with FAA regulations • Supports customer and internal meetings as the stress engineering focal • Authoring and reviewing of stress deliverables which includes, but not limited to qualification plans (QP), interface loads reports (ILR), static test plans (STP), dynamic test plans (DTP), abuse test plans (ATP). • Conducts peer reviews of finite element models. Minimum Requirements • Work autonomously and provide technical guidance to a team of engineers. • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills t • Must be able to research and investigate structural design solutions and work independently. • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. • Strong interpersonal pro-active skills and demonstrated success working in and contributing to a highly collaborative team environment. Preferred Requirements • Experience in the aerospace industry, specifically with aircraft interiors. • Experience with CBA (Certification by Analysis) of aircraft interior monuments. • Experience with NX (formally Unigraphics) and Siemens Teamcenter • Experience with Qualification Test Programs for Boeing & Airbus programs • Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRB) or Production Line support • Experience in developing automaton tools using Excel API, Python, Visual Basic (.NET) Reason For Request:
