Manages geographic areas, business segments, product groups, or large programs. Oversees overall operational performance and success. Responsible for the accountability of the workforce in organizational operations and customer projects. Job Description: Oversees and manages the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Regularly interacts and interfaces with customers. · Established and productive professional contributor. · Has theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area. · Problems faced are difficult and may be complex. · Works autonomously with limited supervision. · Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
