  • Overview: A leading skilled nursing and long-term care facility in partnership with Providence Hospital is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager. This role is perfect for a Licensed Nurse -RN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to residents and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Ensure compliance with all nursing and medical practices and procedures.

  • Develop and implement programs, goals, policies, and procedures for quality care.

  • Supervise and manage both professional and non-professional staff.

  • Foster a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.

  • Flexibility to cover all three shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Current state license as an RN in Washington.
