Job Description Overview CORT Party Rental is hiring for a Repair and Maintenance Technician! Our Repair Associate works collaboratively as a part of our operations team; ensuring that our product meets quality standards and arrives where it needs to. Pay: $17-$24 / hour depending on experience Schedule: Schedule will vary from 40-60hours per week with overtime and double-time pay opportunities. Tests and services a wide range of lighting, electrical and cooking equipment. Pulls equipment for outgoing contracts using the Fulfillment process. Cleans incoming equipment, preparing it for rental ready status. Performs minor carpentry, painting and general handyman tasks as needed. Tracks and maintains maintenance logs for selected company equipment. Maintain a consistent quality and quantity in work produced. Maintain repair area in an organized mannger. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma and 2-3 years of work experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Must pass background checks and drug screens (does not include THC) as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
