Job Summary:

As a Quality Control Inspector in Everett, WA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring food safety and quality checks in accordance with our HACCP/FSMA and Preventive Control Programs. You will provide on-the-floor QA support, assist in data collection for process improvement, and help troubleshoot any food safety, quality, or process control issues. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively with others will contribute to the overall success of our team.

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full Time

  • Location: Everett, WA

  • Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

  • Shift: 5:30am-2:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification of food safety and quality checks based on established protocols.

  • Provide on-the-floor QA support to investigate and troubleshoot food safety, quality, or process control related issues.

  • Assist in data collection for improving products and systems, including Statistical Process Controls.

  • Support QA and Operations during special batch runs.

  • Conduct conformance checks of ingredients, packaging, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Follow all safety standards and regulations.

  • Assist in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Two years of related experience in Quality Control.

  • Good communication skills, including computer, writing, and verbal.

  • Ability to understand and effectively express ideas and instructions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with others.

  • Strong prioritization and follow-through skills.

  • Errors are usually detected after the fact and may result in moderate interruption and delays in work output.
