Job Title: Product Data Mgmt. Specialist 1 Location: Everett, WA Duration: 12 months Pay Rate: Starts from $33/hr. Shift time: 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM Position Responsibilities: Schedule and host milestone closure meeting - in person, provide virtual attendance capability. Update layout artifacts per engineering direction - save updated layout artifacts to program layout artifact repository. Record and chase action items, notes, not met criteria, and approver / stakeholder concurrences for layout milestone closure. Close layout milestone(s) in program scheduling systems. Process requests to close a layout milestone with a No Release Required (NRR). Schedule and host interim layout / virtual product reviews. Document C-NRPD (common non-recurring product development) process improvements / lessons learned. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Project Management skills Must be able to schedule and host large meetings Work well with others Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, customers, and peers. (e.g., coordinating with appropriate contacts) Interact with multiple organization (IPT's) personal and customers to obtain or provide information requiring some explanation or interpretation Knowledge of Client's engineering tools and processes a plus (e.g. ETAC, WebApp, NRPD, etc.) Typical Education/Experience: Level 1: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years' related work experience).
