Job Purpose: Serving as a pastor at Mannam Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), which is a Korean immigrant church at Everett, WA. Duties: Pray and promote spirituality; Prepare and deliver sermons; Lead various worship services; Conduct adult, youth and children Bible and religious classes; Organize table talk meetings; Develop Sunday school activities; Counsel congregants to help them with problems; Do home visits to congregants; Visit the sick and elderly; Build up local community services; Serve on leader committees that benefit the community; Commit to strategically develop out-reaches and other creative activities; and Perform related pastoral duties. Skills/Qualifications: Education: Master's (M.Div.) majored in theology or mission studies Experience: any ministry experience at a local church Qualifications: must be ordained, or eligible to be ordained as a minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) denomination Language: English and Korean
