Description

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Ensure the timely and accurate installation of all new business, coordinating with customers and Vestis service team ; Coordinate measuring of wearers at account and complete garment orders ; Schedule initial installation date with customers and Vestis service team; Review accuracy and approve all orders prior to processing; Conduct merchandise audits, customer inventory analysis, inventory management and quality control checks; Maintain close coordination and teamwork with Production, Service and Sales to achieve service objectives and deliver outstanding customer service

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Demonstrated customer service, leadership, and communication skills; Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills; Solid computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software

Working Environment/Safety Requirements:

Must be able to frequently lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance

Experience:

  • Minimum two years of service industry experience

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel as required

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Employees are able to enroll in the company’s 401k plan. Employees are eligible for 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of floating holidays, and paid sick time every year. Employees will also receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Compensation: The salary rate that Vestis reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $67,000 to $70,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
