Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: Everett, WA Shift Timings: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Part-Time) Responsibilities: Trains less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills. Coordinates complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations. Identifies and mitigates the impact of changes on the production system. Leads teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk. Leads organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works under consultative direction. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required skills/qualifications: Coaching and communication. Aerospace industry experience.
