Shifts 1st Shift (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, M-F) and 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, M-F)

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and self-starting Inventory Planner III to join our team at our Everett location. This role requires strong execution of data and processes, with the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and promote cross-functional and cross-business project development. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring data accuracy, manage inbound shipments, analyze inventory positions, and execute purchase orders and vendor-related reports.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy for all tools and processes.

  • Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.

  • Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.

  • Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.

Essential Skills

  • 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

  • Proficiency in business software such as Excel.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP, ERP, Oracle.

  • Proficiency in data entry, shipping, and receiving.

  • Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts.

  • Experience with kitting.

Work Environment

  • Work in a warehouse environment with a dynamic team.

  • The role involves working with technologies and equipment such as Excel, SAP, ERP, Oracle, and pallet jacks.

  • 80% of the time will be spent working with inventory, and 20% will involve kitting and some pallet jack/forklift operations.
