PDS Tech Inc Building Maintenance Technician in Everett, Washington

PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with an industry leader in electromechanical manufacturing is looking to add to their team of Building Maintenance Technicians in the Everett market. This amazing opportunity will allow you to not only get your foot in the door at a great company, but also allow you to utilize and grow your skill set in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Rate: $21-$24/hour

Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Maintenance Operations Support technician, you will perform routine building maintenance with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. You'll handle light construction, inspections, and repairs with minimal supervision, ensuring the facility remains safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect facilities and grounds; address issues or report to leadership.

  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment.

  • Perform preventative maintenance, including lubing, rewiring, and resetting breakers.

  • Communicate with maintenance personnel about equipment and infrastructure concerns.

  • Repair and install built-in components, furniture, and fixtures.

  • Prepare cost estimates for basic projects and document work using the eMaint system.

  • Handle fire system maintenance, including bypasses for hot work and emergency responses.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (preferred).

  • Proficiency with maintenance systems and tools (e.g., lifts, forklifts, compressors).

  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work independently.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to interpret blueprints and manuals.

  • High school diploma or GED

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
