MADDEN Assembly Mechanic in Everett, Washington

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Assembly Mechanic Level III for our client in Everett, WA. Our client is a renowned manufacturer specializing in high-quality stainless-steel equipment.  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: •Building packaging machine sub- assemblies. •Checking parts for proper manufacturing. •Installing mechanical components and sub-assemblies into machines using diagrams and written specifications. •Mounting auxiliary equipment to the machine. •Correctly positioning parts and drill, tap and ream holes at designated points. •Align and connect parts together with fasteners using hand and power tools. •Setup and operate machine for testing purposes. •Strong customer service skills, a team-player attitude & regular and acceptable attendance are required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES INCLUDE: •2-3 years of food or pharmaceutical packaging machinery maintenance experience is required. •The ability to read schematics and blueprints is required. •Maintenance experience in Auto/Diesel, and/or fabrication is a plus. •The ability to stand much of the working day.
