Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Assist with strategic account routing using the customers transportation management system
Process direct to store routing for strategic accounts following vendor guidelines
Investigate and resolve shipment conflicts
Act as liaison between transportation providers in obtaining pick-up appointments and create bills of ladings for LTL and Truckload shipments
Generate ASN's and process EDI's for customer who require them with all shipments
File all paperwork for LTL and Truckload shipments
Assist in electronic recordkeeping for shipments by scanning all related documents
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Fluent in English
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills specifically use of Microsoft Suite of Products, ERP systems and reporting tools
Basic Understanding of transportation rules and regulations
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
