$3,500 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!!!

(Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of full-time employmentand half after 180 daysof full-time employment.)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Conduct assessments and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention forchildren and their families.
  • Provide individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy to youth and their families, either in the home/community, office, or school setting.
  • Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
  • Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
  • Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
  • Meet efficiency standards which include chart management, production production requirements and patient contact standards.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS NEEDED

  • Conduct consultation and education activities to community and professional groups as needed.
  • Maintain contact with other service providers, community agencies, schools and civic organizations to enhance community awareness and public relations.
