TheMarine Corps Warfighting Labis seeking for a MAGTF C2 or C2JICO professional to support the U.S. Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory/Futures Directorate to generate threat informed, operating concepts and capabilities to support the Marine Corps Future Force Design. The MAGTF C2 or C2JICO enables the Marine Corps modernization efforts by providing critical knowledge in command and control, tactical network systems, common operations picture to help enhance U.S. Marine Corps current and future capabilities.

Specific skillset desired is C2ICO/JICO. (Analyze, plan, design, execute, and manage the Marine Corps functional components common tactical pictures (CTP) and integrate the services CTP with the Joint Task Force (JTF) Commanders common operational picture (COP). Ensures available interfaces are optimized to achieve the end-to-end information exchange requirements and flow required to execute advanced digital mission threads and kill chains in a Naval and Joint Force environment. Requires that the individual be educated and thoroughly knowledgeable in TDL theory, multi-TDL architecture planning and design, Link 16 network design, COP/TDL systems and capabilities, advanced TDL techniques, differing TDL systems and applications, and air defense, air surveillance, and TDL capabilities of United States, Coalition, and allied partners.
