Aerotek Crane Assembler in Eureka, Illinois

LOOKING FOR INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS! URGENTLY HIRING!

Pay: $25-$28

Shift: 1st shift (7AM-3:30PM)

Description:

  • Assemble structural forms such as crane components, cranes, jib cranes, and structures

  • Perform electrical assembly/wiring for overhead cranes, testing cranes, and repair hoists

  • Wiring new cranes in the fabrication process

  • Assemble 3-phase and Single-phase electric hoists

  • Assemble pneumatic hoists to configuration requirements

  • Assemble and wire control boxes

  • Wiring PLC's and troubleshooting

  • Assemble and test electric and pneumatic chain hoists, electric wire rope hoists, and push/geared/motorized trolleys per customer’s specifications.

  • Assemble and test crane system electrical components including bridge control boxes, crane wiring, end truck motors, and assemblies

  • Determines proper material layout including hydraulic hosing, air hosing, and electrical wiring and junction boxes per blueprints/job specifications within quality standards and allotted routing time.

  • Inspects and operates finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and quality requirements; completes product inspection list.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Industrial & electrical maintenance experience

  • Ability to read blueprints

  • Understand wiring to PLC and troubleshooting process

  • VFD's - Variable Frequency Drives

  • Ability to run conduit

  • Experience working with 460/480V power

Experience Level:

  • Expert Level
