Hiring Bonuses: \$250 at 3 months, \$500 at 6 months and \$750 at 9 months of employment. ** You must work a minimum of 155 hours per month, in each qualifying month. You must not be in disciplinary action within 30 days, of each bonus, to qualify. ** What exactly is this job? We support adults who have Developmental Disabilities to live their very best lives. They live a group home setting. We support individuals 24 hours a day through 3 shifts (Day Shift, Swing Shift, or Noc Shift) What do I do with my clients? Be a companion Give emotional support Offer advise Help them make good choices Cooking, cleaning and documenting their day Give them medications Attending daily activities like getting a soda at the store or going to the doctor Incentives, Bonuses & Perks: Refer-a-friend bonuses Noc Shift differential (\$0.50/hr) Pay increase review at 1 year (positive evaluation required) Paid vacation, sick time & holidays Health Insurance, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance General Duties Include: Documentation on paper and on Therap (online software system) Meal preparation and cooking (following any specialized diets) Cleaning and deep cleaning Client specific care (includes toileting/showering) Medication administration Ensuring our client\'s health and safety Advocating for our client\'s needs and rights Adhering to and following client support documents Utilizing positive behavior supports Mandatory Overtime is required Qualified candidates will: Be at least 18 years old at time of hiring Pass a pre-hire background check Certify in First Aid/CPR (we pay for the training and your hours!) Certify in Oregon Intervention System (16 hours of paid training) Complete onboarding and in-service training on Relias, WorkDay Learning and other websites/software Have reliable transportation (bus, skateboard, car, feet, etc.) Attend all training, and shadow shifts, as scheduled Lift a minimum of 50lbs (from time-to-time) Remain active and on your feet for the duration of your shift Utilize basic computer and internet skills
