Seeking a friendly, sincere, professional individual with automotive experience to provide excellent customer service and communication with clients, technicians and vendors. Must have minimum 3 years service advisor experience, preferably with an independent shop servicing domestic and import vehicles. Must represent the company calmly and confidently both in person at the service desk and on the phone. Responsible for scheduling appointments, giving estimates with thorough explanations, making sales, ordering & costing parts, writing work orders, taking payments. Must keep clients informed of changes and timelines. Responsible for prioritizing workloads and communicating with technicians. Must be computer knowledgeable. Knowledge of \"Mitchell on Demand\" preferred. Salary plus excellent benefits (medical, dental, retirement, paid vacation and holidays) after probation period.
