The Hertz Corporation Fleet Processor in Estero, Florida

The Fleet Processor is responsible for the day-to-day activities to account for and process incoming manufacturer MSOs. This role has an impact on operations, revenue management and customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for email box to ensure inquiries are researched and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Assist registration vendors with any MSO or registration work issues.

  • Account for incoming MSO from manufacturers

  • Responsible for working MSO error reports and resolving in a timely manner.

  • Ensuring MSOs are assigned correctly and mailed to correct registration agent in a timely manner.

  • Maintain manufacturer requirements for printing of the front of the MSO.

  • Responsible for storing unprocessed MSOs securely.

  • Responsible for printing of the manufacturer front of MSO when applicable

  • Responsible for scanning in and verifying incoming MSOs.

  • Responsible for the printing the back of the MSO and DMV forms. Ensure the accuracy of the assignment, DMV forms and mailing location.

  • Responsible for printing vehicle stickers

  • Resolves issues that occur during receipt of MSOs.

  • Communicate any issues that cannot be resolved to Manager.

  • Maintains a ‘Best practice sharing culture’, always striving to find ways to improve service.

  • Look for and design process improvements continuously.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be comfortable standing or sitting for long periods of time.

  • Detail oriented; must be very accurate and able to pay attention to details.

  • Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors.
