OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls. Exceed minimum production requirements set by management. Liaise with owners to generate new prospects.

Sell regional holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls. Verify and activate pre-sold packages. Act as liaison with Italian broker.

Contact MVC owners, MVC non-owners & 47 Park Street Members via inbound and outbound calls to schedule virtual sales presentation appointments. Exceed minimum production requirements set by management. Assist with other marketing activities as required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls to likely prospects.

  • Contact owners to build relationships and request referrals / offer packages when available.

  • Complete bookings by obtaining flight details.

  • Exceed minimum production requirements set by management.

  • Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews.

  • Actively provide service which exceeds our guests’ expectations.

  • Maintain a client contact log and reservation details on Goldmine as lead tracking system.

  • Manage all call-backs on a daily basis pro rata.

  • Obey all departmental and procedural rules.

  • Use standard templates and generate appropriate guest correspondence where necessary.

  • Complete verification and compliance calls as requested.

  • Sell regional holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls to likely prospects.

  • Verify and activate pre-sold packages such as web, CMD, Outreach, Encore, IPC and POS, as well as any new regional programs as required.

  • Complete Quality Assurance checks for holiday ownership purchasers where the sale was via a Broker.

  • Act as liaison with Brokers & package generators as requested.

  • Contact owners, Members and prospects to offer Virtual Sales Presentations for European MVC resorts or 47 Park Street

  • Ensure eligibility of clients for sales presentations checking qualification criteria is met including where relevant attending together with their partner / spouse & agreement on the gift for staying on the call for the required length of time.

  • Send confirmation letters to client booked on appointments.

  • Re-confirm appointment the day / morning before, and ensure client understands how to use the ‘Teams’ system for the appointment.

  • At the time of the appointment join the meeting before and host the client / hand over to the Sales / Member Executive

  • Resolve any issues relating to the attendance of the client at the appointment (i.e. no show, cxl, no partner, refusal to stay for the required time)

  • Manage the appointment schedule for the SE’s assigned to virtual tours.

  • Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews.

  • Generate guest correspondence where necessary.

  • Compliance calls as requested.

Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. Comply with MVCI and Marriott International policies and procedures. Maintain an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers and associates. Maintain computer systems knowledge (Windows, e-mail, Word, OTM, Marsha etc) Work with all MVCI colleagues as a team, always supporting the needs within that team and those of the business.
